Before each time we filmed, we were required to complete a call sheet to ensure each of us knew all the details of the shoot (meet time, contact numbers, meet place, filming locations). We each made one call sheet each for the three seperate times we were filming, and these call sheets gave us a running plan of what shots to film on the night. This was extremely helpful, as it meant we were organised and got the optimum amount of filming done with little time wasted thinking of what shots we needed.
